The Restorative Practices Department takes the spotlight today with its "Be You! clubs." This club specializes in engaging students with activities that they have an interest in & gives them fun and creative chances to explore the things that make them uniquely themselves!

Check out the ATP-FCC (Adult Transition Program - Fresno City College) program created to provide an inclusive and quality college learning experience for FUSD adults with special needs. All classes are designed to develop student independence, communication, and self-advocacy!

Storey Elementary takes the spotlight with its Garden Club! In this club, students learn the whole process that is needed to successfully grow plants, and then they get to actually plant themselves! 🌱 The end result is shrubs that will bloom and attract bees and butterflies.🐝đŸĻ‹

Read Across America was a huge success!📚 Trustees Valerie Davis, Veva Islas SaÃēl, and Andrew Levine all visited elementary schools across our district to read to our students. It was a fun and fulfilling week for everyone to spread the joy of reading and literature!

Operational services want to highlight their bus rodeo team who will be traveling to compete in a bus rodeo! Welding students at Duncan Polytechnical High School are constructing wrought iron practice barriers that mimic the ones used in competitions to help them get their win!👏đŸŊ

VOLUNTEER JUDGES NEEDED for the 16th Annual Tournament of Technology (ToT). The 2023 tournament will be at Sunnyside High School on April 15th with a fun retro theme. 🎧 đŸ•šī¸ Scan the QR codes to find more info and sign up to volunteer!

Greenberg Elementary school wanted to highlight their school psychologist, Alexis Ochoa, & the huge difference she is making in the lives of our district's students. Alexis considers this role her dream job & it's because of staff like her that makes our district so special.â¤ī¸
